Operations Management SystemiSolutions recently completed the commissioning of a Corporate Historian for plant and process information for an up and coming SAGD Oil Production Company. The project also included the rollout of client tools, generation of Plant Daily Balances and the implementation of temporary Field Data Capture tools. Work is continuing to include Business Process Refinement, implementation of the Asset Model (OSISoft Analysis Framework) and the commissioning of the Enhanced Field Data Capture Project. The value to this client was reduced ramp-Up time, optimized production and maximized reserve capture.
Production Data Portal Rationalization
iSolutions is currently executing a project to help a major oil company rationalize their Matrikon MI3 implementation. Scope of work has included calculation optimization and verification, standardization of calculations, optimization of Honeywell PHD performance parameters to reduce system latency, and implementation of net-new value-add calculations. This project is helping the client drive more value from their production data management portal.
SAGD Facility Expansion Production Data Management Portal Enhancements
iSolutions is currently assisting a major Canadian oil producer with a SAGD expansion project of 60,000 bbl per day capacity. Scope of work includes inventorying all production calculations in historians, data warehouses, field data capture systems and LIMS systems. All calculations are evaluated for impacts associated with the new production capacity, updated, vettted with the business and deployed to the production system ahead of module startup. Performance equations in OSIsoft PI are being implemented or updated as needed.
Electric System Operator High Availability PI System
iSolutions recently assisted with commissioning of a 5 server multi-collective PI infrastructure project. Deployed system has over 150k tags in production and interfaces with an Areva EMS. iSolutions continues to provide day-to-day onsite support for this client includig 24x7 on-call capability.
